Top Tips of Baby Sleep
Babies especially newborn, sometimes has a problem with his bedtime. Sometimes the baby cannot sleep well in the night, but sleep for a long day. Its need your efforts to make him sleep better should revolve around getting him to learn to sleep on his own.
Before-bed routine should always consist of changing and feedings.
When putting him to sleep, try to make your baby as physically comfortable as possible. Make sure your baby breathe easily through the nose. Usually, babies sleep better or not depend on clear nasal passages. Remove all airborne allergens in the baby’s crib like fuzzy blankets and stuffed animals. You may install an air filter in the room to remove dust particles and allergens – this also has the added bonus of creating a soothing hum that will help many babies sleep better.
Give an attention to your baby’s clothing. You have to watch them closely, because the babies are different in terms of their preferences. There are babies comfortable with the loose fitting, and the others comfortable with tight fitting clothes.
Most babies will not sleep well with a wet diaper. So, you should often change your baby’s diaper in the night.
Finally, always consider to your baby’s comfort and trust your “mother’s instincts”. If you trust it over those of guides in terms of your baby’s comfort, he will sleep much better.
